eurikaa Terms of Use

2. Who Can Use Eurikaa

You must be at least 13 years old to use eurikaa. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Your Commitments

In return for our commitment to provide the eurikaa platform, you agree to:

• Use eurikaa Lawfully: You will not use Eurikaa for any unlawful purposes or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

4. Content on Eurikaa

• Your Content: You retain ownership of the content you post on eurikaa. However, by posting content, you grant Eurikaa a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, worldwide license to use, distribute, modify, run, copy, publicly perform or display, translate, and create derivative works of your content.
• Prohibited Content: You agree not to post content that is hate speech, threatening, pornographic, incites violence, or contains nudity or graphic or gratuitous violence.

5. Rights We Grant You

eurikaa grants you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-assignable, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-sublicensable license to access and use the platform. This license is for the sole purpose of enabling you to use and enjoy the benefits of Eurikaa as provided by us, in the manner permitted by these Terms.

6. Additional Rights We Retain

We reserve the right to remove any content or information you post on Eurikaa if we believe that it violates these Terms or our policies. We also reserve the right to refuse access to the platform to anyone for any reason at any time.

7. Updating These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will provide notice through the platform or by other means. Your continued use of Eurikaa after the changes become effective means you agree to the new Terms.

8. Termination

If you violate the letter or spirit of these Terms, or otherwise create risk or possible legal exposure for us, we can stop providing all or part of Eurikaa to you. We will notify you by email or at the next time you attempt to access your account.

9. Disputes

You agree that any dispute between you and eurikaa will be governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Spokane County, Washington.
