These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the eurikaa mobile application and related services (the “Service”), operated by Parallel Zero Inc. (“Parallel Zero,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using eurikaa, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
eurikaa is The Social App Built Around Real Places. The Service allows users to post, discover, discuss, and check in to physical locations.
eurikaa is a public platform. Posts, check-ins, and place-related content may be publicly visible by default.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
By using eurikaa you represent that:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
Content posted on eurikaa — including posts, check-ins, comments, media, and place information — may be public by default.
You are solely responsible for the content you choose to post.

By posting content on eurikaa you grant Parallel Zero Inc. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to:

Parallel Zero may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Places, venues, landmarks, and businesses displayed within eurikaa may be created by users or derived from third-party data sources.
Parallel Zero does not guarantee that place listings or business information are accurate, complete, or approved by the business owner.
The presence of a business or place within eurikaa does not imply endorsement or affiliation.
eurikaa connects users to real-world locations. We do not guarantee the accuracy, safety, legality, or accessibility of any place.
You assume all risks associated with visiting or interacting with locations discovered through the Service.
Parallel Zero Inc. is not responsible for injuries, losses, disputes, or damages resulting from real‑world interactions initiated through eurikaa.
eurikaa may offer incentive programs including payments for check-ins or activity.
You acknowledge:
Parallel Zero has sole discretion regarding eligibility and payment decisions.
The Service may include third‑party services such as advertising networks, including Google AdMob.
These services may collect or process information according to their own policies. Parallel Zero Inc. does not control third‑party practices.
The eurikaa name, branding, design, software, and platform content (excluding user content) are owned by Parallel Zero Inc.
